Super accommodating staff whether we needed something in the room or at breakfast or looking up tickets to places we wanted to go. Breakfast was included. Reasonable prices. They added cots to our room for our kids. Also an awesome neighborhood with lots of fun cafes and good food.

The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony offering incredible views of the surrounding area. As for the breakfast, I only had the fruit since I needed to save room for all the amazing places I planned to eat in Mexico City. I would definitely return without hesitation. The Condesa area is fantastic. It’s vibrant and full of charm, with so many cafés and spots to explore nearby. It was truly an unforgettable visit, and the hotel’s location made it all the more special. I highly recommend it!
